PRICES: All prices are stated in USD and are valid at the time of publication. Any alterations in pricing (including surcharges, customs fees, duty tariffs, or similar charges) may change without prior notice.
HANDLING FEE: Any orders amounting to less than $100.00 will be subject to a handling fee of $25.00 to cover administrative, packaging, and processing costs. This fee is non-refundable and will be displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to adjust the handling fee at any time; however, changes will not apply retroactively to previously placed orders.
PAYMENT TERMS: Prepayment, unless another approved and agreed term. All Major Credit Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Domestic and Canada: ACH, major credit cards (not sent via email), other pre-payment, or depending on your credit application approval up to 30 Days Net of invoice date.
- International: Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) confirmed on a U.S. bank with all charges to the buyer account and payable at sight or as mutually agreed.
- Order(s) over $50,000 are subject to a prepayment of a minimum of 25% of the order value. Orders over $80,000 are subject to 50% prepayment at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed or specified in the previous quote.
- A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual) on all amounts that are past due.
- Any deviation from standard terms is subject to pre-approval.
- Should suit or collection action be instituted in collection of our debt, we hereby agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, expenses, attorney fees, and court costs incurred in the enforcement of the obligations of the undersigned, whether suit or action is filed.
LEAD TIME TO SHIP: The lead time to ship is subject to material availability and inventory levels, and The Product will ship accordingly from Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. Items that are in stock are allocated on a first-in, first-out basis. If all available items are assigned to other orders, the lead time will extend depending on the current lead times.
DELIVERY TERMS: Ex Works Cornelius, Oregon, USA, The buyer assumes all costs and risks once goods are loaded onto truck, managing export and import customs, and all subsequent transportation to the final destination, unless otherwise agreed.
FREIGHT CHARGES: The freight charges quoted above are for dock-to-dock for domestic shipping, and dock to either ocean port or airport when international and will be charged on your invoice. If additional services are required, such as inside delivery, lift gate truck, customs cleared, inland or on-carriage, or other accommodations, please specify this when placing your order for a revised quote. If these requirements are not stated at the time of freight quotation, the quote is invalid, and additional charges will apply after shipment. Any related surcharges are passed through at cost. Failure to provide a valid address, contact name, or contact information that impedes delivery will result in additional charges.
VALIDITY: All product quotes are valid for 30 days or as otherwise noted in the quote. Freight quotes are for reference only and might change after 30 days or if the shipping variables change before shipment.
SALES TAX: Sheldon Manufacturing Inc. operates in both states that offer a sales tax exemption and those that do not. In every instance, the taxability is determined by the shipping destination. Sellers must charge sales tax for shipping destinations that are not exempt and remit this tax to the relevant taxing authority. It is the responsibility of the buyer to furnish Sheldon Manufacturing with the tax exemption certificate for the final destination; otherwise, sales tax will be applied based on the sales tax rates of the shipping state.
SPECIFICATIONS: All technical specifications are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to make modifications or improvements at any time, without incurring any obligation to inform third parties or update existing documentation.
EQUIPMENT SITE CONDITION: This quotation is based upon the assumption that your site is suitable for placement and operation of the equipment being quoted. This includes proper electrical supply, ventilation, drainage, water source, height and width requirements, open doorways for access to the site and ambient conditions. Any work required preparing the site for proper placement and operation of the equipment shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Any delay in requested or scheduled delivery or shipment due to site conditions is the responsibility of the buyer and may require payment by or charges to the buyer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, order cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders may be canceled with no penalty within 3 days after the Order Acknowledgement has been sent.
- Orders cancelled within 30 days after order placement are subject of up to a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will apply to cover materials, labor, and administrative costs incurred up to that point.
- Orders cancelled after 30 days or if goods are ready to ship, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- Custom, Special, or Personalized Orders: These orders cannot be cancelled 3 days from the date of the Order Acknowledgment. All custom or special orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@sheldonmfg.com We will confirm the production status and any applicable fees before processing the cancellation.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. (“Manufacturer”) provides a LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY, all warranties are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
CLAIMS: Any and all claims for errors in merchandise must be made in writing immediately upon receipt of equipment. All returns must be pre-authorized by Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. and require a "Returned Materials Authorization" (RMA) issued by Sheldon manufacturing, Inc. for the specific serial number(s) being returned. No credit will be allowed on returned equipment without Sheldon’s pre-approval and permission. It is expressly agreed that the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for any claims arising under this agreement against Sheldon manufacturing, Inc. shall be limited to return of the goods and repayment of the purchase price, or replacement of the equipment by Sheldon Manufacturing Inc. The buyer is liable for all the costs and expenses of return of the goods in cases that are due to buyer order error.
RETURN/REPAIR INQUIRIES:
Return authorizations of qualified products are only allowed within 30 days of the ship date. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all items being returned in addition to shipping them to and from Sheldon Manufacturing and its subsidiaries. Goods damaged because of shipping cannot be returned. Use care when returning items.
Any damage due to customer improper packaging will not be accepted for return. Before returning any product, you must contact the Sheldon Manufacturing Support Department at (888)-227-1410 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Custom products cannot be canceled or returned.
- Filters, regardless of condition, cannot be returned.
Please have the following information available when calling Sheldon Manufacturing Customer Support:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Contact phone number
- Description of the problem with the unit or reason for return
- Current Photos of the Unit
- The RA number must then appear on the packing slip of the returned package to avoid delays.
- Complete BIO-HAZARD/CHEMICAL QUESTIONNAIRE.
- All Units regardless of being used MUST have a signed decontamination form returned to Sheldon Manufacturing Inc. prior to receiving an authorization to return.
- Any used product to be returned to Sheldon Manufacturing Inc. must first be decontaminated according to Sheldon Manufacturing Inc. and the Department of Transportation procedures and standards.
- If a unit is returned to the factory without the completion of the attached steps and standards it will be returned to the distributor or customer at their expense.
FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Freight damage must be reported to a Sheldon Manufacturing customer support representative within 5 days of product delivery by calling (888) 227-1410. Visible damage must be documented on the delivery receipt and include both consignee signatures at the time of delivery to file a claim.
Please have the following information available when calling to report freight damage.
- The original (signed) delivery receipt with damage documentation noted
- Additional substantiating documents e.g., Photos, employee statements etc.
If the above conditions are not met Sheldon Manufacturing may not be able to repair or replace your product.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCES: All quotations are subject to prior sales, and changes may be made without notice. Terms of the proposal shall be accepted by the buyer's issuance of a Purchase Order within the offer period as stated in this price quotation. By the issuance of a Purchase Order, the buyer assents completely and exclusively to the terms and conditions herein. All proposals and acceptances of orders are made with the mutual understanding that orders are not subject to cancellation. This agreement shall be considered an Oregon contract and shall be interpreted and administered for all purposes under the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
REMEDIES: Buyer acknowledges that the seller only transacts business in the State of Oregon and that if any dispute arises from this transaction, buyer expressly waives any right to assert the jurisdiction of said matter in any other forum. Buyer waives the right to claim damages, fees, costs, or any combination thereof, which may be statutorily allowed by such other jurisdiction. All costs of collecting past due payments, including reasonable attorney's fees, shall be borne by the buyer.
GENERAL: This agreement is deemed effective upon execution and delivery of the buyer's purchase order and seller's acceptance thereof. Care is taken to give reliable descriptions, but these are not guaranteed, and prospective purchasers are advised to check relevant details, including size, operating range, equipment inclusions such as shelves, accessories, installation and other services, and all other details relevant to the buyer's use of the equipment. Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to correct any stenographic error or incorrectly listed, printed or quoted descriptions. Any contrary clause contained in the customer purchase order shall not be considered as part of the conditions of sale.
DOCUMENT CONTROL STATEMENT: Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. complies with all United States Export Administration Regulations. These commodities, technology, or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. Diversion contrary to law is prohibited. It is mandatory for all exports to have the BIS-711 Statement by Ultimate Consignee filled out and submitted. Should the Purchaser resell and/or export these goods after taking ownership, Purchaser will assume full responsibility to comply with all US Export Administration Regulations. Furthermore, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to notify Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. of any deviation to final shipment destination. Any unlawful and/or unapproved export diversion of purchased goods will render all Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. Product Warranties null and void.
